Well (deep sigh), here I am again- having to get back strength and endurance.
I switch from my winter to my summer hat and I am off in the AZ sun and warmth,
building up my walking distance, yet again.
And with the exercise rooms closed, I dig out my Jane Fonda exercise vids.
My Country Line Dancing somehow didn't make the move. It's more fun!
