Throughout all the upheavals of my past
two decades, the one constant has been my monthly hair appointment – my oasis
from life’s storms - where I can browse through the trials & tribulations of
our society’s beautiful peoples’ lives – it’s quite a trip. While there today, I picked
up some baby succulents to add to my collection. I have started over 50
cuttings: some for my joint antique adventure (period glass isn’t selling
unless it is re-purposed, as plant holders for example) & also for my
mother’s senior citizen gift shop (local artists will paint pots for the little
critters). Maybe this is my purpose in life & the static will clear. Nope……
